I guide women home to their bodies, their truth, and the wild freedom that has always been theirs.

For over 17 years I have walked beside women as they peel back the layers of shame, silence, and suppression and return to the raw, untamed wisdom that lives within.

I am a Licensed Physician of Chinese Medicine, Master Plant Guide, and the voice behind The Naked Human Podcast, where we dive into embodiment, healing, and the sacred medicine of being seen.

I do not fix. I remember with you that your body is trustworthy, your wounds are doorways, and you were never meant to be hidden.

Through nudity as medicine, root cause healing, and ceremony with plants, I hold spaces where women strip away what no longer serves, meet themselves fully, and rise in their truest expression.
