Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: March 6, 2026
1. Booking Sessions
Sessions must be scheduled through the official booking system on this website. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Payment may be required at the time of booking to confirm your session. By scheduling a session, you agree to these policies.
2. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, seventy-two (72) hours notice is required. Appointments may be rescheduled through the provided scheduling link when notice is given within this timeframe. If the seventy-two (72) hour window has passed, written notice by email is required to request cancellation or rescheduling. Requests made with less than seventy-two (72) hours notice may result in the session being forfeited. Exceptions may be made at Kerry’s sole discretion when circumstances feel reasonable and aligned with the integrity of the work.
3. Missed Sessions & No-Shows
If you miss your scheduled session without notice, the session is considered forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Kerry will wait five (5) minutes from the scheduled start time. If you have not arrived and have not communicated within that time, the session will be marked as a no-show.
4. Late Arrival
If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time in order to honor the schedule and other appointments.
5. Emergency or Unexpected Circumstances
In the case of illness, severe weather, power outages, or unexpected circumstances affecting either party, sessions may be rescheduled. Both parties agree to communicate as soon as possible and find a new time when possible.
6. Session Use & Expiration
Sessions must be scheduled and used within thirty (30) days of purchase unless otherwise specified for a particular program, container, or offering. Sessions not scheduled or used within this thirty (30) day period will expire and be forfeited, and no refunds or credits will be issued. Rescheduling a session does not extend the thirty (30) day expiration period. Any rescheduled session must still take place within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. Exceptions may be made at Kerry’s sole discretion in the case of illness, emergency, or circumstances that reasonably prevent participation.
7. Payment
Payment confirms your session and acceptance of these policies. All services are non-refundable and non-transferable and may only be used by the person who scheduled the session.
8. Communication
Administrative matters such as scheduling, billing, or logistics should be directed to: hello@kerrykott.com
Session spaces are reserved for the work itself rather than administrative coordination.
9. Scope of Services
Services offered through this website are intuitive, somatic, and spiritually oriented in nature.
These services may draw from:
• Chinese medicine

• plant wisdom
• dreamwork
• nature-based exploration
• emotional and energetic inquiry
These services are not medical treatment, therapy, or crisis support. Participants are responsible for their own physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing and are encouraged to seek appropriate professional care when needed.
10. Client Responsibility
Participation in sessions and services is voluntary. Clients are responsible for their own decisions, interpretations, and integration of the work. No specific outcomes or results are promised or guaranteed.
11. Practitioner Discretion
Kerry reserves the right to decline, reschedule, or discontinue services if circumstances arise that compromise the integrity of the container or the safety of those involved.
12. Policy Updates
These policies may be updated periodically. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the current policies.
