Since 2011, I've been listening to what bodies are really saying. I read energy. I work with the consciousness of plants. I spend time in the liminal worlds of lucid dreaming. I know and read what's there for people. I can feel the truth.

I'm a physician of Chinese medicine, a Master Plant Guide, a nude nature facilitator, and the host of The Naked Human podcast. I live off-grid in a cabin in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, where the trees have seen everything.

Women come to me to take it all off: the clothes, the roles, the armor. They come to inhabit their bodies and awaken to the truth of their hearts.
