Earth & Flesh Retreat

AUGUST 28-31, 2025

RABER, MICHIGAN USA

A 4-Day Nude Retreat for Women Returning to the Body, the Land, and the Sacred Fire Within.

A sacred reclamation of your body, your voice, and your truth.

You are invited to gather with women on sacred land, held by forest, fire, and water, for four potent days of remembrance.

We come together to walk with the plant allies Rose and Tobacco.

To undress what we’ve been taught to hide.

To name the shame in our skin and reclaim the wildness beneath it.

To offer our grief and rage to Grandfather Fire.

To cleanse in the lake and return home to our own holy waters.

EARTH & FLESH

is for the woman longing to..

be deeply nourished in her femininity

to rest, replenish, and receive

feel at home in her body

soft, sensual, and free in her natural form

deepen her connection with nature

moving in rhythm with the land, attuning to the wisdom of the earth

release shame and embrace her body’s beauty

explore nudity as a sacred practice

experience sisterhood that is raw, real, and deeply supportive

held in a sacred container of vulnerability and connection

drink deeply from the nectar of life and receive (more)

soften the armor around your heart, breasts, and womb

Dance. Shake. Sound. Rage. Be witnessed. Be free.

COME DREAM WITH ME

Imagine…

Imagine waking to the golden warmth of the sun, the scent of wildflowers drifting through the air, your bare feet pressing into the soft earth as you move slowly, savoring the richness.

Imagine sinking into deep rest, your body unfurling like a flower under the summer sky, shedding tension, expectation, and the weight of what you’ve been carrying.

Imagine floating in the embrace of the water, the water holding you as you surrender, as you soften, as you remember.

Imagine being seen just as you are - raw, vulnerable, real - wrapped in a sisterhood that celebrates you exactly as you are.

Imagine reclaiming your body, your pleasure, your untamed self as something sacred, something whole, something deliciously yours.

This is Earth & Flesh.

A return to softness, to slowness, to the wild sweetness of simply being.

WHAT WE EXPLORE

  • Our physical body is our sacred home on this planet, serving as the vessel that connects the physical and non-physical realms. Clothing often carries hidden messages of concealing our truth and masking our authenticity. By shedding our clothes, we have the opportunity to be truly seen as we are, stepping into the vulnerability of our sovereignty. Nudity is akin to the inner child playing freely in the water; the transparency of our truth.

During our retreat, we undress and dress intentionally, both as we enter and exit the ceremonial portal. This process is done slowly and mindfully, bringing heightened awareness to our bodies. The act of nudity itself becomes a meditative experience that interweaves with our journey, enriching it with its own unique medicine.

  • The natural world emanates a frequency of purity and of constant peace. When we immerse ourselves in nature, we remember our true essence. There is not separation between Human and Nature; we are an integral part of it, not apart from it. Being in harmony with nature allows us to reconnect with our authentic selves and awaken to our inherent connection with the natural world.

It is a profound reflection and reminder that we are intertwined with nature, and our well-being is intricately linked to the well-being of our planet.

  • In our healing practice, we incorporate non-sexual touch with explicit permission from all participants throughout the experience. Non-sexual touch is used as a powerful opportunity to address stored trauma in the body, allowing the feminine heart to soften and open, creating a safe space for healing.

When we experience touch we activate the vagus nerve. The vagus nerve is the longest and most complex of the cranial nerves, extending from the brainstem down to various organs in the body, including the heart, lungs, digestive system, and other organs. When activated, the vagus nerve stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for promoting rest, relaxation, and healing in the body. By activating the vagus nerve through this healing non-sexual touch it can be particularly powerful in healing trauma, releasing stored emotions and memories, helping regulate the nervous system, promoting relaxation, and facilitating the healing process.

We facilitate various forms of non-sexual touch, including self-touch, group practices such as hugging, and touch circles, as well as paired practices. Self-touch is explored as a means of deepening our connection with ourselves and expanding our relationship with our bodies and self-image. We give ourselves permission to touch the parts of ourselves that carry shame; like our breasts, womb, and yoni.

Shared-touch is also incorporated as a means of healing trauma with others. This can include addressing past traumas such as touch withheld, forced hugging during childhood, touch used as punishment, or experiences of rape/sexual trauma. We always prioritize the comfort and boundaries of each participant, and it is reiterated that saying "no" is always welcome in our space. We have dedicated practices to honor and respect each individual's edge, and participants are encouraged to communicate their boundaries and limits within themselves.

  • In this retreat we work with the Spirit of Rose and Tobacco.

    The Medicine of Rose

Rose softens. Rose protects. Rose speaks directly to the heart and womb. Through tea, oil, and intimate ritual, we open to her sensual wisdom, allowing her to show us where we’re closed, and how to gently open again. She teaches us how to be held, how to hold ourselves, and how to bloom with boundaries intact.

    The Medicine of Tobacco

Tobacco is a spirit-keeper, protector, teacher, teacher, and truth-teller. Through smoke, offering, and ambil, we root into the Earth and enter a space of ancestral connection. He holds the edges. Clears the noise. Grounds the prayer. And helps us strip away distortion and center us in strength. Tobacco doesn’t coddle—he clarifies.

Throughout our retreat, we will connect with our sacred plant allies, to support healing, help us uncover and see that which we do not currently have access to, and hold us in a way that only pure consciousness can. The practice of working with plants, will not only support you during the retreat, but will be a valuable tool/friendship that will continue to support you throughout your Life journey.

  • YONI SUNNING

Yoni sunning is a wild, liberating practice of letting your root receive light and warmth—offering nourishment, awakening, and connection to your sexual and creative life force. In a safe, private, and intentional space, you’ll be invited to engage with this ritual of solar connection as an act of reclamation and reverence. This is about remembering that your yoni is holy ground.

Yoni sunning is, simply put, “opening your legs and allowing your vagina to soak up the magical healing powers of the sun.” The women I’ve worked with have collectively described yoni sunning as a transcendental, psychedelic, and extremely nourishing experience. It has various benefits such as balancing hormones, clearing sexual blocks, and opening connection with one’s feminine energy.

  • Between the ceremonies, there is stillness. There is space. A sacred pause where nothing is required—except your presence. Throughout the retreat, we enter intentional periods of noble silence: a time of non-communication, where we refrain from speaking, making eye contact, or engaging with others. This is not isolation—it is devotion. A space to truly meet yourself, undisturbed.

In silence, you are invited to rest inside your new becoming. To feel what’s rising. To sit with your tenderness, your resistance, your truth. To witness the inner currents that are often drowned out by distraction. This practice may feel confronting. It may feel relieving. It will likely feel both. But within it lies a profound opportunity for self-healing, integration, and inner clarity.

This is the space where your spirit exhales. Where insight is born. Where you remember that your own presence is enough.

  • FIRE RITUALS

With Grandfather Fire as witness, we step into release. Rage, grief, passion, voice—all offered as sacred flame. Through the lens of Chinese medicine, we tend the Heart, the Pericardium (its protector), and the Small Intestine—learning to burn away what no longer belongs.

    SHAME PURGE CIRCLE

A space of courageous tenderness. We speak the unspeakable, name the parts we’ve silenced, and bring them into the light. Through gentle touch and presence, we reclaim what we once hid.

    EMBODYMENT / ECSTATIC DANCE

No steps to follow. No shapes to become. This is dance as release, as remembrance, as reclamation. A way of letting the body speak what language cannot contain.

    WATER RITUAL AT THE BAY

Water is the element of cleansing, flow, and emotional depth. We will gather at the bay for guided water rituals that invite you to surrender, soften, and let go. Whether through full immersion or gentle touch, you’ll be held by this ancient element—cleansed not just physically, but emotionally and energetically. These rituals mark moments of transformation, release, and renewal.

    TRUTH-TELLING

A circle of fire. A chorus of truth. We speak from the places most alive—our throat, our womb, our pussy. Not to be understood, but to be heard. To be free.

TIBETAN SINGING BOWLS & SOUND MEDICINE

Sacred sound to soothe the nervous system and realign the spirit. These vibrations move through bone and blood—clearing, harmonizing, softening. A sound bath for the soul.

Music and sound medicine is a powerful practice that harnesses the transformative properties of vibration to awaken the depths of your inner being, stir emotion, and call lost parts of yourself back home. This ancient healing art is rooted in many lineages and may include voice, drums, singing bowls, gongs, flutes, and more. Throughout the retreat, sound is used intuitively and ceremonially, responding to the energy of the group and the moment. It is a sacred offering, guided by Spirit, and tailored to each woman’s unfolding journey of healing and remembrance.

Nudity is the medicine.

Rose is the guide.

Tobacco is the protector.

You are the prayer.

THE ENERGETICS OF THIS RETREAT

Imagine the womb—a sacred, moist, and receptive space that longs to be filled with more than doing and more than pressure. It craves nourishment, tenderness, spaciousness.

As women, our wombs are not only for creating life—but for birthing ideas, holding emotion, weaving art, and embodying wisdom. And yet so often, we are full—not with joy, but with tension, stories, pain, and suppression. When we carry too much, when we never exhale, our wombs—and our lives—become congested.

In Earth & Flesh, we slow down, soften, and empty.
We let the waters wash us.
We let the sun touch us.
We let ourselves become.

This retreat is a space for moistening what’s dry, for nourishing what’s been starved, for remembering what’s been forgotten.

We will gather barefoot and bare-skinned beneath the August sun, surrounded by the wilds of Michigan, reclaiming the sacred rhythm of rest, pleasure, and embodiment.

Together, we’ll sit with plants and listen to their messages.
We’ll dance naked under open skies.
We’ll offer our rage to the fire and our prayers to the water.
We’ll speak the truths we’ve silenced and soften the places we’ve armored.

Through these rituals of purification and protection, we create space to receive the nectar of life again. Let yourself be held. Let yourself become. Let yourself remember.

THE LAND

This retreat takes place on Kerry’s private 50-acre homestead in Raber, in the Eastern Upper Peninsula of Michigan—nestled beside hundreds of acres of conservation forest and just a short 6-minute walk to the Great Lakes. Known locally as “God’s Country,” this land is wild, remote, and deeply alive. There are more trees than people here, more stars than streetlights, and more stillness than noise.

Built off-grid by Kerry and her family in 2020, this land is both sanctuary and ceremony—created for deep communion with Mother Earth and the wild feminine. You’ll drink pure, clean well water, drawn straight from the Earth. Water you can trust to bathe in, sip, and bless your skin with—nourishment in its most elemental form.

Wild rose and tobacco grow here, and will be harvested in ceremony—inviting direct connection with the plant spirits guiding our retreat. Kerry’s garden offers heirloom vegetables and herbs, and the land itself provides seasonal abundance: fruit trees, wild herbs, berries, and mushrooms when they’re ready. This is not predictable, but profoundly aligned.

You are invited to walk barefoot.
To be curious.
To meet the plants, the wind, the moss, and the mycelium.

And you will not be alone.

This land is also home to wild creatures—from butterflies to black bears, mosquitoes to owls, hummingbirds to howling coyotes. Most often, they’ll remain at a respectful distance, deterred by our human scent and sound. But when we move slowly, with presence, we may be blessed to witness them—from afar or near.

To live in relationship with the land is to say yes to all of it.
Yes to the bees. Yes to the frogs. Yes to the light of fireflies blinking through dusk.

This isn’t just where the retreat happens—this is part of the retreat.
The land is alive. She is watching, holding, and speaking.

THE FOOD

Imagine a time when we lived in union with the Earth

And ate directly from the land that surrounded us…

Imagine a diverse diet of animal and plant sources

With great reverence for the life of all the sentient beings…

We are returning to our native roots and consuming all parts of Nature in an omnivore’s diet which may include animal fats, bone broth, organ meats, wild-caught fish, farm eggs, homemade breads, fermented foods, garden-grown fruits and vegetables, wild mushrooms (if in season), and whatever else the Earth is offering at this time. While our meals are not heavy in meat or dairy, both will be present—and always honored with love, reverence, and deep gratitude.

Our menu will be seasonal, diverse, and alive—
wild foraged, homegrown, or sourced from local organic farms.
What we eat will be a reflection of the land’s rhythm, not a fixed plan.

Together, we will also co-create a meal over the sacred fire—
a chance to slow down, get our hands in the elements, and share in the making of nourishment as a communal rite.

Food here is not separate from ceremony.
It is ceremony.
An offering.
A remembering.

Please note that there is no coffee or alcohol a part of this retreat. In most cases, food allergies and sensitivities can be accommodated. You are welcome to contact us before registering so we can confirm if we can accommodate your preference.

guided by…

For over 17 years, Kerry Kott has guided women back to the wisdom of their bodies, the truth of their voices, and the liberation found in deep, embodied knowing. As a Licensed Physician of Chinese Medicine, Master Plant Guide, Intuitive Healer, and host of The Naked Human podcast, she has spent her life unraveling the layers of shame, suppression, and conditioning that keep women from fully inhabiting themselves.

Her work is not about fixing—it’s about remembering. Remembering that your body is something to trust, that your wounds are doorways, and that you were never meant to be hidden—you were always meant to bloom.

Through nudity as medicine, root cause healing, and sacred communion with plants, Kerry creates intimate, high-touch spaces where women can safely strip away the layers they no longer need—where they can be witnessed, held, and guided back into their fullest expression.

As the voice behind The Naked Human podcast, Kerry dives into raw, unfiltered conversations on embodiment, healing, and the untamed feminine—offering women the tools and permission to return to themselves.

FAQs

  • Yes! The medicine of nudity is a foundational medicine of this retreat.

However, this doesn't mean you won't have the option to use items for warmth or play. We encourage you to bring items like a silk scarf or a soft blanket, things that can provide comfort and cover.

If you feel hesitant or uncomfortable about exploring your nudity, we invite you to consider it is a reflection of what is available to be healed within you. To prepare you for the space, we suggest listening to Kerry’s podcast, connecting on instagram, sending a message to Kerry, or scheduling a discovery call.

  • You always have freedom of choice and your "no" is welcomed in the space. It's not about forcing yourself to be somewhere you're not, but about exploring your edge and receiving the medicine you came for. Your medicine may be honoring a "no" when it arises for you and it may be about leaning into your edge.

It is essential to honor and respect your authentic boundaries and discern when discomfort is a sign of growth versus a clear indication of a personal boundary.

  • YOU ARE WELCOME IN YOUR BLEED.

If bleeding, you are encouraged to experience free bleeding without tampons, pads, cups, or period underwear. However, how you choose to journey in your bleed is up-to-you. If you’re expected to bleed and it’s an edge for you, please message Kerry, or scheduling a discovery call.

  • The term "NO-THING" in the context of this retreat refers to a state of being where one lets go of external distractions, tools, and gadgets, and embraces a sense of emptiness or non-attachment. It signifies a state of being present in the moment without the need for external possessions or distractions, and instead, allowing a deeper exploration of Self through the body and the natural world.

The entire setup of our retreat is crafted to provide you with tools that are accessible to you at any given moment, simply by utilizing your own body. We have intentionally designed this retreat free from external influences and distractions, so that you may immerse yourself in the most potent medicine.

NO-thing (nothing) means no clothes, cellphones, makeup, fragrant body care products, supplements, medications, outside plant medicines, cellphone generated music, no books, no talking between sacred practices, and etc.

  • A clear boundary of this space is that there is no sex is allowed. This means refraining from any form of stimulation or penetration with oneself or with other participants for the purpose of sexual release. This boundary is in place as many, if not all, participants are healing from sexual trauma. It is important to understand that this boundary is not meant to shame or shun anyone's sexuality. Rather, it is in place to create a safe and supportive environment for all participants to explore their healing journey.

We want to assure you that your sexual energy, sexual expression, sensuality, and orgasmic experience is welcomed and honored in this space.

  • Participants are requested to avoid using any fragrances, including essential oils, during the retreat. This is done to respect the land, our senses and accommodate any fellow participants who may have chemical sensitivities. We will also be working with sacred plant medicines and outside fragrances interfere with the medicine of these plants.

Fragrances include but are not limited to: cologne, perfume, aftershave, hairspray, hair gel, scented hair products, clothes laundered in fragrant detergents and softeners, soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, essential oils, synthetic bug spray, synthetic sunscreen, etc.

  • In your intake form, Kerry will inquire about any medications, supplements, and birth control you are currently using. It is recommended to purify your vessel in preparation for the retreat by refraining from medications and supplements, where possible, prior to, during, and shortly after the retreat.

This becomes especially important when working with plant medicines, as certain medications and supplements can have contraindications with the plants we will be using, potentially altering their effects or creating unwanted reactions.

However, it is essential to always consult with your physician before making any changes to your medications or supplements, ensuring that your health and well-being are fully supported throughout this journey.

  • Our retreat's guidance of "no makeup" simply means refraining from using cosmetics. While makeup is often used to enhance one's appearance and provide a sense of comfort, we encourage you to explore your natural beauty without relying on it. This does not imply that using makeup is inherently wrong; rather, it's a deliberate choice to create a healing environment where guests can reconnect with their inner selves without the need for external enhancements.

  • CELLPHONE USE

We request that all participants turn off their cell phones during the retreat. The intention of this experience is to BE with Nature, God Consciousness, and your fellow Human. Please make all necessary arrangements with family and friends prior to your arrival. Kerry's personal cellphone number is provided as a point of contact during the retreat, and participants are encouraged to share it with their emergency contacts.
