SETTING A SACRED CONTAINER

Setting a Sacred Container means creating a physical, mental, and emotional space that invites presence and openness—not just for yourself, but for everyone sharing this space with you. It’s an act of reverence. A way to arrive fully, settle in without interruption, and honor the depth of what’s unfolding.

SAFETY & BOUNDARIES

UNCOVERED is a sacred space of truth, tenderness, and body-honoring. Nudity can be a deeply vulnerable, and holy experience. Because of this, UNCOVERED holds a firm boundary for any trespasses of consent and safety. To protect the integrity of this container, the following boundaries are in place:

  • Cameras must remain on. This is a live, relational space. Anyone attending with their camera off will be removed from the call.

  • This is a non-sexual space. Any sexual gestures, innuendos, or voyeuristic behavior will result in immediate removal—no warnings given.

  • Disruption will not be tolerated. Those who interrupt, disrespect others, or create an unsafe environment will be removed from the space.

  • Nudity is welcome, never required. What matters is your presence and respect—for yourself, for others, and for the collective container.

IN-BETWEEN CALLS

The space we open together doesn’t end when the call closes. In-between calls support is for gentle guidance, reflections and practices to carry the medicine into your life and one-on-one support options.

FAQs

  • No. Nudity is welcome, not required. You are invited to come as you are—fully clothed, partially undressed, or bare. What matters most is your presence.

  • Each UNCOVERED call is a gently guided, 90-minute experience held live on Zoom. We'll begin with a short opening prayer and guided practice to help you drop into your body. Then you'll be given a journaling prompt based on the month’s theme, followed by spacious time for sharing, witnessing, and reflection.

    You are never required to speak, but are always welcome to share. You can expect a space that is honest, respectful, and softly held.

  • Only the guided practice portion of the call is recorded. The rest of the call—including sharing and group dialogue—is never recorded to protect privacy.

  • I have a history of childhood and/or sexual trauma. Is this work safe for me?

    These sessions are best suited for those who have the internal resources to safely navigate their shadows and wounds. However if (and when) triggers do arise, Kerry has the necessary experience and tools to safely help you navigate those shadowy terrains, and the ability to see when additional support may be needed for her clients.

  • No. This is not a therapy group or coaching session. It’s a lightly held, communal space for honest reflection and shared humanity. Please come with self-responsibility and care.

  • Yes. You’re free to cancel your subscription at any time. No questions asked.
