Wild Roots: Dandelion
A journey of wild resilience, deep cleansing, and unapologetic rebirth.

wild roots: dandelion
is for the woman longing to…
clear old emotional heaviness and stagnant energy
strengthen her solar plexus and reclaim her vital life force
tend to her liver, digestion, womb, breasts, and inner fire
soften self-judgment and allow tenderness to take root
stand boldly in her worth, her body, her radiance
be naked, raw, and rooted in something real
bloom unapologetically, even in places where she once withered
return to the sanctuary of her body
dance with the winds of change without losing her roots
make wishes again — and trust they are carried to the heavens
walk with dandelion as a sacred ally

Dandelion
Resilience, Release, and Radiant Rebirth
Dandelion is often misunderstood — called a "weed," dismissed, uprooted.
And yet, she rises. Again and again.
She grows where others said you shouldn’t. She blooms wildly and brightly, no matter how many times she’s misunderstood, uprooted, or shamed. She thrives in the cracks of sidewalks, in forgotten fields, along the edges where few others dare to root.
She teaches us how to meet life with boldness, softness, and trust. She reminds us that no matter the conditions around us, we can thrive. We can digest our experiences, clear what no longer serves, and send our prayers and wishes to the heavens.
Dandelion is the lion-hearted teacher of resilience, joy, and bold belonging.
She is food, medicine, and prayer — all at once.
In Naked Dandelion, we work intimately with this wild teacher — through nudity, self-touch, somatic practice, and plant spirit connection. We tend to the parts of ourselves that have been hidden, hardened, or dismissed... and invite them back into the sunlight.

The Layers of Dandelions Medicine
Flower — Breasts, Heart, Solar Plexus
The bright yellow flower holds solar energy: uplifting, warming, beautifying.
It soothes pain, lifts the spirit, softens grief, and blesses the heart.
The flower connects to the upper body — the chest, breasts, and emotional center — encouraging joy, radiance, and emotional nourishment.
It’s a friend to the heart, a beautifier of the soul.
Leaves — Blood, Lymph, Digestion
The bitter leaves strengthen digestion and cleanse the blood and lymph.
They nourish the stomach and liver, support wound healing, breast milk production, and help the body stay alkaline and vibrant.
Their bitterness wakes up the body's natural intelligence and restores vitality to the middle body — where nourishment is absorbed and distributed.
Roots — Liver, Kidneys, Womb, Bones
The deep roots of Dandelion dredge up what lies beneath — emotional debris, stagnant bile, suppressed energy.
They powerfully nourish the solar plexus, liver, kidneys, digestive system, skin, nervous system, lymph, reproductive organs, and glandular systems.
The roots help us tend to the unseen — to cleanse, fortify, and restore ourselves from the inside out.
Sap — External Clearing
Dandelion's milky sap acts as a natural eraser.
It dissolves calluses, stings, old wounds, and hardened places — mirroring the internal work we do to soften what has grown too rigid within us.
It is the medicine of letting go of old armor and hardened patterns, externally and internally.
The Deeper Teaching of Dandelion
Dandelion is the lion of spring and summer — ruled by sun energy, connected to the Liver and Gallbladder in Chinese Medicine, both associated with vision, courage, decision-making, and the free flow of life force. She teaches us how to rise after a long winter, how to bloom even when no one gives you permission, and how to turn pain into gold.
Resilience: Thriving even when misunderstood or unwanted.
Belonging: Rooting deeply into the earth of your own being.
Digestion: Processing life — physically, emotionally, spiritually.
Solar Power: Nourishing the solar plexus, reclaiming your will and your joy.
Playfulness: Remembering the innocence of childhood wishes.
Boldness: Allowing yourself to be fully seen and fully yourself.

COME DREAM WITH ME
You stand in the wild open field, bare feet pressing into the warm earth, the golden breath of Dandelion brushing against your skin like a sunlit prayer. There’s a rumble deep in your belly, an ache in your bones — a call to stretch, to unfurl, to root yourself unapologetically into this life.
The old stories, the ones that named you too much, too messy, too wild, begin to loosen, like seeds lifting in the breeze. Here, in this sacred place, there is no need to hide, to harden, to hold it all in. Here, you are invited to open, to bloom, to belong.
In the raw intimacy of this journey, you close your eyes and feel Dandelion’s presence — a bold, tender force stirring in your chest, nudging you to trust your own becoming. With every breath, she reminds you: you are allowed to thrive. You are allowed to take up space. You are allowed to be seen.
Your hands, once cautious, now explore the landscape of your body with wonder, rediscovering the power and playfulness you thought you had lost. You begin to shed the armor, the shame, the clothes, layer by layer, until nothing stands between you and the sun.
As you meet your reflection, something ancient awakens. The gaze that once sought flaws now drinks you in like the first light of spring. For the first time in what feels like lifetimes, you feel it. Your resilience, your joy, your right to be here.
And you know, with every root and every breath, you have returned to your own wild, golden self.
a glimpse...
-
We begin by crossing the threshold — opening ourselves to the journey ahead. Dandelion enters as our guide, a sacred ally in the process of clearing, softening, and remembering. We’ll sip Dandelion leaf, root, or flower tea together as our first act of communion — welcoming her spirit into our bodies with reverence and trust.
Live Call: Welcoming the group. Setting sacred intentions. Meeting Dandelion as an ally, feeling her presence in the body, and attuning to her unique medicine.
-
By now, you’ve been communing with Dandelion for a full week — and the medicine begins to move in more subtle, potent ways. This is the week of deepening. Of softening further. Of letting the relationship become devotional. A time to sink more fully into your daily prayer with her, to listen for her wisdom, and to let her teach you how she wants to live in your body.
Live Calls: Guided movement or meditation with Dandelion. A space to drop into deeper listening and embodied connection. And integration.
-
As our journey completes, we return to reverence. We give thanks. We integrate. We offer something back. Dandelion has touched us in quiet and powerful ways — and now we honor her with breath, voice, movement, or stillness. We close the container, not with an ending, but with a planting — seeding her medicine into our lives moving forward.
Live Call: Closing ceremony. Offering gratitude to Dandelion. Journaling, reflection, and shared ritual to honor what’s been received and what wants to bloom. And integration.

Your Body is Welcome
This is a space where the body is not hidden or judged, but honored.
You are welcome to be naked on the calls, but it is not required. If you feel more connected, more open, or more yourself without clothing — that’s welcome here.
Let your body be part of the ritual, in whatever way feels true for you.

Preparing For Your Journey
Your body becomes the soil for Dandelion’s seeds. How you prepare matters.
This journey is a sacred container — and your body is the vessel. To receive Dandelion’s medicine fully, you’ll be asked to tend to yourself with reverence in the days leading up to our start.
At least five days before the journey begins, gently begin tapering off or eliminating substances that cloud your clarity or overstimulate your system.
This includes: Alcohol. Caffeine (especially coffee). Sugar and artificial sweeteners. Cannabis and other mind-altering substances. You’ll also be asked to: Pause casual sexual activity. Step back from plants not part of this container. Avoid heavy or dark media (such as violent movies, shows, or news).
The intention is to create spaciousness — physically, emotionally, and energetically — so you can hear the whispers of Dandelion more clearly. Instead, focus on nourishment: Drink plenty of clean, living water. Eat simply — organic vegetables, gentle fruits, healthy fats, and easy-to-digest proteins. Rest more than usual. Offer yourself quiet, spacious time. Tend to your body with care — practices like yoni steaming, womb massage, or self-touch can help open the inner petals of your being
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about devotion and what you’re moving towards.
If you have questions about the preparation process, please visit the FAQ under “What are the guidelines for this journey?” Also more detailed guidance will be included in your Companion Guide, which you’ll receive after registration.

Through nudity as medicine, root cause healing, and sacred communion with plants, Kerry creates intimate, high-touch spaces where women can safely strip away the layers they no longer need—where they can be witnessed, held, and guided back into their fullest expression.
As the voice behind The Naked Human podcast, Kerry dives into raw, unfiltered conversations on embodiment, healing, and the untamed feminine—offering women the tools and permission to return to themselves.

While this journey welcomes the body in its natural form, how you choose to show up is entirely your own. This is a space where the body is not hidden or judged, but honored. You are welcome to be clothed, partially clothed, or fully bare — on calls or in your personal practice. Follow what feels most honoring to you. Let your body be part of the ritual, in whatever way feels true for you.

Yes! To honor the safety and integrity of the space for all participants, every woman is required to attend with her video on.
-
To honor the integrity of this experience and to create a clean, open vessel for your plant ally’s medicine, there are simple but important guidelines. This journey is a soft dieta — a devotional practice — and your tending of these guidelines shapes the depth of what you receive.
You’ll be asked to minimize or avoid things that cloud the body, mind, or spirit, and to nourish yourself with things that keep your channel open, grounded, and alive. These guidelines are not about perfection — they are about creating a sacred.
During our time together, you’ll be asked to avoid:
Alcohol
Refined sugar and artificial sweeteners
Caffeine (including coffee)
Other mind-altering substances (cannabis, mushrooms, salvia, etc.)
Casual sexual activity
Dark media (violent shows, movies) and low-vibration environments (use energetic protection if unavoidable)
Heavy chemical fragrances (perfume, cologne, scented lotions)
Super spicy foods (hot peppers, garlic, ginger)
Fried foods cooked in traditional oils (canola, vegetable, seed)
Gluten (best to minimize or avoid)
Heavy meats (best to avoid or intake very small portions if needed)
And you are lovingly encouraged to nourish yourself with:
Journaling, meditation, singing, movement, dance, yoga
Creative expression (painting, writing, crafting)
Yoni steaming and yoni massage
Sacred tobacco (mapacho, hapé — if part of your practice)
Plenty of hydration (water is your ally)
Organic vegetables and fruits (go easy on citrus)
Healthy fats (coconut oil, ghee, tallow, avocado oil, olive oil)
Easy-to-digest proteins (eggs, fish, chicken, etc.)
Gluten-free grains (quinoa, rice, polenta)

In a way, yes — this journey shares many elements of a traditional plant dieta. However, it is not a super-strict traditional dieta in the Amazonian sense. Though there are specific guidelines for this experience to support your connection with Dandelion, your body, and the energetic container we are creating together. You could consider this journey a Soft Dieta.
You’ll be entering into deep communion with Dandelion as a living teacher, tending the relationship through ritual, reflection, and embodied practice. And it is still a devotional journey of remembrance, resilience, and embodied communion.
-
You are invited to commune with Dandelion through her leaf, root, flower, or all three. These can be fresh or dried — choose what’s most accessible and aligned for you. You’re welcome to work with all three if you feel called — each part offers a different layer of her medicine.
At minimum, please plan to have at least one of the following:
🌿 Dandelion Leaf
🌼 Dandelion Flower
🌱 Dandelion Root
In addition, I highly recommend having Dandelion-infused oil for self-touch, breast massage, and ritual anointing throughout the journey.
You can either purchase this or make your own — simple guidance will be provided.Important Note:
You can also commune with Dandelion solely through her essence — her spirit alone is powerful, potent, and enough. Follow your intuition. Dandelion will meet you exactly where you are. Even one simple cup of tea, one breath of her scent, one touch with her oil can open powerful doors.Sourcing Dandelion
I recommend connecting with Dandelion first-hand whenever possible — wild-harvested with reverence, locally sourced, or purchased through trusted herbal sources.Mountain Rose: Kerry recommends sourcing through Mountain Rose Herbs (this is an affiliate link).
Dandelion Devotional Bundle: A lovingly crafted set by Kerry. The bundle includes Dandelion leaf, root, flower, and infused oil.
-
You’ll receive support through two weekly live calls, WhatsApp group, and your downloadable Companion Guide. If you choose the VIP option, you’ll also receive 2 private 1:1 session for deeper integration.
-
No experience is necessary. This journey is about forming an intimate, personal relationship with Dandelion.
-
Dandelion is a gentle but powerful plant ally. He is generally very safe and nourishing for most people when used mindfully. However, please be aware of the following considerations:
Allergies: If you have a known allergy to plants in the Asteraceae family (such as ragweed, marigold, daisy, or chamomile), use caution or consult with a qualified practitioner before ingesting Dandelion.
Gallbladder Issues: If you have a known blockage of the bile ducts, gallstones, or severe gallbladder disease, dandelion root (which stimulates bile flow) may not be appropriate.
Kidney Conditions: If you have active kidney disease, consult your healthcare provider before consuming large amounts of Dandelion leaf, which acts as a diuretic.
Medication Interactions: Dandelion may interact with diuretics, blood thinners, lithium, and certain antibiotics by affecting absorption or clearance. If you are taking prescription medications, it is recommended to check with your healthcare provider before working internally with Dandelion.
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Dandelion is generally considered safe in food amounts during pregnancy and breastfeeding, but higher medicinal doses (like strong root decoctions) should be approached with care and professional support.
