Wild Woman Experiences have 3 foundational components to every event; Wild Nature, Nudity and Photography.

The focus of an event determines the practices integrated in that experience. All events note the specific practices held in that container.

Wild Woman practices are used as a portal to guide each individual into a deeper space of Self. The practices may occur as uncomfortable, deeply nourishing, odd, normal, intriguing, or as what your Soul is calling you to.

  • WILD NATURE

Within all of us lives the Wilderness. We’ve just been taught how to be groomed and manicured. Wild Nature which is Nature just as it naturally is, has a unique vibration. A vibration that is unaltered by anything other than pure consciousness. In order to align with this innate quality within ourselves, me must immerse ourselves in it. In order to awaken to our WILD WOMAN we go to the place that she already lives; the WILDerness.

  • NUDITY

There is so much to say about Nudity. Nudity is more than taking off your clothes. It is revealing yourSelf as you are. With clothing there is so much to cover up and much to avoid. When we remove this barrier, something else within us has the space to emerge. Getting Naked creates the space to become more aware of our physical body and the elements of Nature, which allows the Mind to settle and our focus to turn deeper into ourSelves.

  • PHOTOGRAPHY

Photography is an opportunity to see oneself in a way not seen before. What is captured is your BEingness; no posing or glamour shots to prepare for. For a lot of people, they have never witnessed this aspect of themselves. Photography typically brings to light two things. One: seeing your beauty in ways you’ve never seen yourself as beautiful before. Two: highlighting the places where you are judging yourself.

WILD WOMAN INTEGRATIONS

A circle is a powerful space; no one is above or below. To sit in a circle is to be reminded that we are all equal and we have our unique gifts, purpose and voice to share.

In a circle we are eye-to-eye and heart-to-heart which creates a palpable space of openness and connection. The heart and eye connection allows the nervous system to relax which creates an environment of safety. The circle is a reflection of “we are all in this together”.

The circle is a portal of unleashing yourself. Because of its energetic and biological properties it makes it easier to open-up and reveal your true authentic heart; to express the you in pain and the you in pleasure.

In the Wild Woman Nude Ceremonies the circle is the opening and closing of the ceremony. It’s a clear boundary of our container of healing.

SACRED CIRCLE

Consensual touch has the power to heal the hurt deep within.

When we experience touch, our vagus nerve is activated and when we welcome the touch it relaxes our nervous system by slowing our heart and brain waves.

Touch is also a form of communication. We are able to convey a range of emotions like love, comfort, compassion, reassurance, and empathy. It’s as if we’re saying “I am here, love. There is nothing to fear. You are not alone. For I am here with you too.”

Non-Sexual Touch has the power to heal sexual trauma and touch abuse. Touch abuse is all forms of touch that was unwanted. Which might look like being hugged when you didn’t want to, being spanked as a punishment, and having someone touch your leg when you were on date when you weren’t ready for that. By welcoming consensual Naked Touch, we create a space to reprogram the nervous system. This happens through the experience itself; through the touch itself.

In the Wild Woman Nude Ceremonies, this Non-Sexual Touch is integrated throughout the experience and in dedicated practices as an opportunity to heal trauma stored in the body, to allow the feminine heart to soften and open (more), and to allow the space to feel safe.
